Ariadne Afaganis completed her Diploma in Fashion Design in 1984, at the Helen Lefaux School of Fashion Design in Vancouver B.C. After working as a principle designer for a leading manufacturer in Vancouver B.C. and working side by side with management in some of Vancouver’s top retail outlets for over 10 years, Ariadne’s love of design and creating beauty in all her surroundings, propelled her to new heights and new interests.
In 1998, Ariadne Completed her certificate in Residential Design at the foremost leading technical school in Canada called SAIT (Southern Alberta Institute of Technology). It is there that Ariadne honed her craft in designing and building residential structures. She went on to design and renovate homes for some of Calgary’s most prestigious and influential people.
Ariadne's keen sense of style and space creation, connects her deeply to her environment and her clients. Over the years it has become increasingly important to Ariadne to create spaces that both compliment and heal her clients on all levels of their life, from the artful creation of beautiful spaces to uplifting people with colour and lighting. Ariadne has known since she was a little girl, that environment and space, can deeply effect the ability of people to experience more joy and fulfilment in life.
Ariadne's personal journey has been a challenging one. Upon her diagnoses of Crohns in 1985, Ariadne has been seeking both a personal healing and a healing for all those affected by autoimmune diseases. Ariadne’s journey of healing expanded her awareness of the role that consciousness has played in her life and the lives of her clients. And now Consciousness, and all that it entails, is at the leading edge of science, epigenics, and quantum physics.
Ariadne has worked with many of North Americas top healers and Transformational leaders. She has received many treatments for healing as well, in the alternative field, such as homoeopathy, acupuncture, and massage therapy, reiki, Tai Chi, and Chi Gong as well as Yoga. Because of Ariadne’s deep thirst for knowledge and healing, she also sought out those, whose credentials were infamous as energy healers and became adept at several modalities.
