Abstract: The compression and the data encryption are two technologies whose importance is growing exponentially in a myriad of applications. In addition, the excessive use of computer networks for data transfer must obviously obey to a double objective: the reduction of the volume of data in order to clutter the maximum possible public networks of communication and the confidentiality in order to ensure an optimum level of security. In this sense, and in order to ensure the optimization and securing of the transmission and storage of still images, we propose in this work a new hybrid approach for crypto-compression which applies an encryption based on the AES algorithm on the parameters of the compression by network of neuron multilayer.
Abstract: The objective of this paper is to study and analysis of cybercrime in order to contribute to the fight against it, by the hybrid idea LEGAL-INFO. Cybercrime is the term used for all criminal offenses that are committed via computer networks, including on the Internet. The fight against cybercrime is sometimes encounters barriers because of the extensive nature of computer networks, the speed with which crimes are committed and difficulty in gathering evidence. The fact that electronic services are available worldwide means that the cybercrime has a transnational dimension. Some popular email services are used by million people worldwide, which gives an idea of the possible magnitude of transnational cybercrime. It is essential for an investigation bears fruit, that countries cooperate in a timely and effective because, unlike the case of traditional criminal investigations, the period during which a judge may act on a cybercrime is very limited. It takes a few minutes to download large files. Although some legal assistance agreements are in Instead, it is vital to establish procedures to act quickly and to ensure international cooperation.
Abstract: The networks have been developing strongly these last years and became inevitable for the modern communication. The images transmitted on these networks are particular data because of their large quantity of information. The transmission of the images thus raises a significant number of problems which the majority of them have no solution yet. We enumerate for example safety,
confidentiality, integrity and the authenticity of these data during their transmission. Some medical applications require a strict association between the image and its contextual data. The protection of high resolution information (high frequencies of the images,
details, scalable visualization) currently has a high demand. During this work, our research led to the creation of two new methods to
make safe the transfer of images. The two methods are based on hybrid codings : use of compression by Faber-Schauder Multi-Scale
Transform (FMT) and encryption by the two algorithms DES and AES. The comparison of these approaches with methods of
compression-encryption, such as Quadtree-AES, DCT-partial encryption and DCT-RSA, showed well its good performance.
Abstract: Despite the effects of the diffusion of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) on socio-economic changes that are not yet fully identified, it is now recognized that ICT alter substantially our ways of communicating, learning and producing. In addition to this, the controversy, that gave rise to the concept of “information-societyÃ¢â‚¬Âť, embodies these developments which foreshadow new forms of social organization structured around computer networks and telecommunications. ICT increasingly aware of the developments identified, and are introduced in all sectors. This use has made these technological tools a requirement for all countries which is likely to help them face up to the challenges ahead. In recent years our country "Morocco" has embarked on an ambitious program for the widespread use of ICT integration in the System of Education and Training. In this paper, we propose a strategy to follow in teaching students specific subjects and a training program for teachers both at the Faculties of Humanities as well as at that of the socio-economic studies; the ultimate purpose being to achieve the integration of ICT in the Moroccan Educational System and Scientific research in general. To conclude we will post the outlook for evaluation of educational ICT.
Abstract: The transmission and the transfer of images, in free spaces and on lines, must satisfy two objectives which are: the reduction of the volume of information to free, the maximum possible, the public networks of communication, and the protection in order to guarantee a level of optimum safety. The standard techniques of encryption are not appropriate for the particular case of the images. For this we have proposed a new hybrid approach of encryption- compression (FMT-AES), which is based on the AES encryption algorithm of the dominant coefficients, in a mixed-scale representation, of compression by the Faber-Schauder Multi-scale Transformation. The comparison of this approach with other methods of encryption-compression, such as Quadtree-AES and DCT-partial-encryption, showed its good performance.

In recent years our country "Morocco" has embarked on an ambitious program for the widespread use of ICT integration in the System of Education and Training. In this paper, we discussed a strategy to follow on both a curriculum and learning specific studies devoted to students, and a dedicated training program for teachers of Faculty of Humanities and Faculty of socio-economic, order to achieve the political integration of ICT in the Moroccan system of education and scientific research. To conclude we will post the outlook for evaluation of educational ICT.
