Graduated in Food Biotechnology in 2012 at the University of Padova (Italy), she obtained in 2016 the Ph.D. degree in Animal and Food Science. Visiting scholar at University of California, Davis, (CA, USA) in 2014. She has a current position as research fellow at Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche (CNR) in Milan, Italy.
