Chung-Hung Chan holds PhD and bachelor degrees in Chemical Engineering from University of Malaya (UM). He was a research fellow at the Department of Chemical Engineering, UM and he is currently a research officer at Malaysian Palm Oil Board. He is the expert in microwave and ultrasonic technologies for biomass processing in the aspects of optimization, modelling and scale up. His current research interest is development of biolubricants. His research works have been published and presented in several high impact journals.
