Writing of Chairman/President's speech on use of internet for water resources engineering,1995.There was a request for substance for the topic , when the author saw a computer science professional opened his hands to say he had no clue to the secretary of the chairman, the author said he could do the write up. Author neither used internet nor knew anything about it in 1995 , but went to a book store and read a latest book on internet published in 1995, and wrote on the topic that night itself and submitted the following day.The chairman/president of a consulting firm was pleased.

The professor in charge signed the letter, and was sent off to Ford foundation. The research grant was approved , the fellow student acknowledged author's name in his MEng degree thesis.

Coaching,Mentoring and Tutoring are natural to the author who was a top performer all his life specially in mathematics at schools ,mathematics and engineering all his professional life.It should not be a surprise that the author encouraged and tutored many at school and universties, and gave sound advise all his life.All are well received judging from many of those became engineers and several earned doctoral degrees afterwards , few went on to become professors 2 decades after tutoring and advise.
