Medical Biologist, Assistant of Microbiology at the Faculty of Health Sciences and Techniques of the Gamal Abdel Nasser University of Conakry. Researcher in the field of HIV resistance to antiretrovirals and viral hepatitis. Participated in several research projects including Wanetam: Evaluation of HIV resistance to ARVs in West Africa in treatment-naive and treatment-experienced patients, GEMB: Etiology of bacterial meningitis in patients in Guinea, D2EFT Project: Dolutegravir and Darunavir Evaluation in adults Failing Therapy. Currently, he is working on the reservoirs of emerging zoonotic diseases (Ebola, Lassa, Coronavirus) and setting up zoonotic risk monitoring systems through next generation sequencing in the framework of the BCOMING project.
