YUEN Ka Keung, A Hong Kong professional sport educator and researcher who born in 1980. The first ever Hong Kong Olympic gymnastics judge in the London 2012, Nanjing 2014 (Youth Olympic) and Rio 2016. He has also judged in different multi-sport games and international major competitions including twice Summer University Games, triple Asian Games, triple World Championships and many World Cup Series.
During 2017, He received Olympic Scholarships to study the Master of Sport Administration program in the Russian International Olympic University in Sochi, Russia. After his master study, he started his Russian language study in Sochi and worked as different position in different international major cultural and sport events including European Games and Worldskills etc,.
The major research area of him are "International Sport Policy", "International Sport Event Management", "International Gymnastics Development" and "Russian and Eurasian Language, History, Culture and Tourism"
