I am an Assistant Research Professor at the University of Cambridge working at the intersection of human genetics, epidemiology, and neurodegeneration. My research is dedicated to unravelling the complex molecular mechanisms of vascular dementia to pioneer new approaches for prediction, prevention, and treatment. I possess deep expertise in the analysis of large-scale multi-omics and electronic health records datasets using advanced computational methods, and I specialise in translating high-dimensional data into biologically meaningful and clinically relevant insights. My track record demonstrates a clear trajectory from data analysis to translational impact. I am actively working towards establishing and leading an internationally recognised research group focused on pioneering precision medicine approaches for vascular dementia. My research programme focuses on identifying data-driven patient subtypes and discovering subtype-specific therapeutic targets, bridging the gap between population health discovery and clinical trial readiness.
