Since March 2018, he has been a business consultant and immigration case specialist at Perennial Solutions (Non-Legal Entity) in Phoenix, AZ. In this capacity, he collaborates with businesses, law firms, non-profit organizations, and corporations, managing immigration case files while liaising with legal and corporate professionals. His responsibilities encompass diverse aspects such as nonimmigrant applications, H-1B and H-2B visas, PERM certifications, and other nonimmigrant visa applications and renewals.

From February 2021 to December 2021, Wilkes demonstrated his acumen at The Sobampo Law Firm in Phoenix, AZ, where he provided intricate case analysis and consultation on diverse immigration matters, ranging from the Immigration Nationality Act and Removal Defense to Asylums and Adjustment of Status.

His influence further extended as an immigration case consultant at All Business Visas in Tempe, AZ, in November 2020. Here, he lent his expertise to complex case analysis and consulting, particularly focusing on INA 245(i), Child Status Protection Act, and Criminal-Immigration issues.

Throughout his journey, Wilkes continued to shine at Rafael Tirado & Associates in Phoenix, AZ, from February 2019 to November 2020.
