The main scientific interests are focus primarily on the clinical and molecular delineation of pediatric genetic conditions, with a specific interest for malformative syndromes and neurodevelopmental defects: A)Genotype/phenotype correlations and molecular pathogenesis of Noonan syndrome. Definition of gene-specific transcriptional profiles in RASopathies b) (Epi)genotype/phenotype correlations and molecular pathogenesis of human imprinting disorders. Development of diagnostic and follow-up strategies for Beckwith-Wiedemann syndrome. c) Molecular pathogenesis of syndromic mental retardation and neurodevelopmental disorders
