Department / group accounts

A departmental / group account provides discounted rates for Publications List Professional for group members to host and maintain their publications lists and preprints online, as well as group-wide features including:

• A combined group publications list page, automatically kept up to date with all publications lists of members sample list
• A group member index page with links to all group members' publications lists. sample member index
• Filter by keyword allowing you to list publications by research theme, grant number, or to highlight the most significant group publications.
• Ability to embed the combined group's publications in your own site's web page - presenting your publications within the look-and-feel of your own site, while taking advantage of the ease of use of the publicationslist.org site for letting group members keep their own publications lists up to date. Embedding lists in your site is straightforward, requiring HTML skills (no database installation / maintenance needed) - see technical guide. Individual publications lists can also be included within staff home pages.

All new group accounts come with a 1 month free trial for up to 5 group members to allow you to try the system.

Group rates are available for groups of 5 or more people, with additional discounts (ranging up to 50%) available for larger groups (the full individual subscription is ~$20 per person per year).

On registering, a security code for the group will be provided to the group administrator, which should be emailed to the group members. Members of the group create their own personal accounts on publicationslist.org as normal, and can enter the group code on their account page to take advantage of the group features.
