Meet Isaac Gutman noted real estate developer and investment professional has built an incredibly successful real estate investment career and worked to establish his portfolio throughout NYC. His firm Ryer Reality Investments is one of the most influential real estate firms within the greater New York City area focusing on ground and construction as well as industrial and multi family projects throughout NYC and the surrounding areas.

Inspired from a young age by real estate legends and mentors like Stanley Chera and Ted Lerner were the initial source of Isaac Gutman’s desire to enter the real estate market, but his drive did not stop there. He went on to pursue a masters degree in real estate management, then started working to build his own investment and development firm seeking opportunities to better the New York Skyline and local markets. Currently focused on assets in New York City, Brooklyn, and Bronx real estate markets, where he is considered one of the most influential real estate investors and operators. Isaac Gutman has successfully weathered many of the ups and downs in the east coast real estate market, including the 2008 recession and its complications to the local market.


Gutman has, throughout the course of his career, handled a broad range of corporate and operational responsibilities including deal negotiations, acquisitions, development, overseeing constriction and maintenance even developing a better understanding of energy efficient building and best practices that has helped pivot the firm firm forward and aid his clients with modern day energy efficiency and green building. Isaac continues to handle the daily operations and team management at Ryer Investments while partnering with various management partners and joint ventures outside consulting firms to help continue building a better tomorrow.

When he’s not working, Gutman is highly committed to his community. He partners with a wide range of local charities and organizations within the community, helping stamp out poverty and offer greater opportunities within the arts for local communities.
