Welcome to my publications list webpage. I have obtained my MSc degree in Nanoelectronics from the University of Manchester, UK in 2009 and a PhD degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Newcastle University, UK in 2014. I am currently working as a Research Fellow at the University of Exeter, UK. My research interests include, photodetectors, resistive memories, chemical sensors, two-dimensional materials such as Graphene, MoTe2, MoS2, WTe2, WS2 and their heterostructures.
