At Cleveland Clinic, I established complete work flow for processing patient biopsies and tumor xenografts. This includes Laser Capture Microdissection (LCM), RNA extraction, quality assessment, microarrays, data analysis/data mining, using standard softwares followed by validation through in vitro techniques.
