Manish Kumar is an environmental engineer from India, currently working at the Department of Urban Engineering, University of Tokyo, as a Monbukagakusho Scholar, Govt of Japan. He is well versed with hydrogeochemistry and isotopic techniques in the field of hydrology and has successfully used them in evaluating contamination as well as several other aspects of hydrological processes of groundwater evolution. His current research focuses on heavy metal leaching through artificial infiltration facilities using isotope tracers and isotope dilution techniques.
