Dr. Mark Loo has over 20 years of international sales and marketing experience in diverse industries including office automation, multilevel marketing, advertising and management training consultancy. He was a Business Representative at Mesiniaga/IBM, Marketing Communications/Sales/Sales Training Coordinator at Amway Malaysia managing 55% of national sales, copywriter at Quantum: FCB, Account Supervisor at Ogilvy and Mather and Associate Account Director at Union 45/Publicis. He started Peak Pursuit Training Consultancy and Strategic Marketing and Sales Academy for 12 years before becoming a full time academic. He has designed customized executive development programs for over 100 clients. He served as a panel consultant for national institutions of management in Brunei, Malaysia, Mauritius and Singapore. Conducted management workshops in China, Indonesia and Thailand. He taught BBA and MBA Marketing/Management courses for twinning programs from UK, US, Australia, Malaysia and Netherlands.

Dr. Mark Loo has a range of research interests: east-west negotiating styles, spirituality and mental wellness at workplace, market orientation, buyer loyalty, buying process, B2B marketing and marketing communications as well as small business management.
