Kana Vijay (1977) A case study of Integrated River Basin Development ( A pioneering case for sustainable development), accepted for presentation at 3rd world water Resources Congress in Brazil organised by International Water Resources Association with world renowned Hydraulic,Hydrology and water resources Engineering Professor late Ven Te Chow,1919-1981 as founder and President of IWRA,1977 ,based on author's M.Eng,1977 degree research ,visits to World Bank,UNDP,FAO ,UNEP , UN-ESCAP offices between 1976 and 1977 and previous River Basin Development experiences between 1972-1975.Followed more than 20 courses -8 Water Resources Engineering, 6- Planning for Development, 3 Engineering Economics,Finance and Management), 3-Engineering Mathematics , Computer Technology and Advanced Quantitative ( Applied Statistics-Multivariate including computer applications) Models,15 courses with very good grades ,first one to complete 30 credits in first two terms (Jan,76-july 76) successfuly following 3 x10 credit based courses and several audit courses.
