Abstract: Paget's disease of the vulva is a rare neoplasmatic lesion which affects predominantly postmenopausal women. Eight patients with extramammary Paget's disease of the vulva at the Anticancer Hospital "Theagenion" of Thessaloniki Hellas were identified for the period 2001 through 2005. We reported the clinical presentation-diagnosis, the treatment and the outcome of each patient.
