Moshe Junger is a seasoned entrepreneur who was born in 1978 in Brooklyn, New York. He currently resides in Monsey, New York.

Currently, Junger is the president of Bridgewater Capital Partners, LLC.

His large resume is comprised of end-to-end construction and property management.
Junger has a demonstrated acumen which shows a track record of success for more than a decade.

In the course of the years, he has planned, developed, and invested in over 4MM square feet of real estate.

Junger has served as the president and co-founder of RosmaDevelopment, a Brooklyn-based development company, prior to being the proverbial “Helmsman of Sterling Developers”.

This skilled professional successfully raised had raised over $150MM in equity and managed approximately $ 1BN in acquisitions by 2003.

Since then, he has been dedicated to helping both start-ups and established companies develop business plans, financial projections, buy-out and succession strategies, and development project execution.

Moshe Junger has initiated acquisitions and developed properties spanning from the Tri-State area to Eastern Europe. Also, he managed winning bids for properties such as the “The Verizon Building”, as well as the highly competitive RFP for CUNY’s Student Housing project in Long Island City.

Junger’s passion and main area of focus since always have been high rise residential and industrial developments in noted emerging urban markets.
