Naomi E Soldon is a partner at Soldon McCoy, and she has extensive trial and appellate court experience in labor and employment law. She has been admitted to the United States Supreme Court, the United States Courts of Appeal for the Sixth and Seventh Circuits, the District Courts for Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin and Michigan, and the State Bar of Wisconsin.

Naomi, an experienced ERISA lawyer who handles labor-management health and pension funds, regularly pursues third parties to recover large claims. She has also drafted plan documents and summaries of plan descriptions, reviews documents for compliance with ever changing laws and regulations, and often appears in court handling a wide range of complex ERISA litigation.

Naomi E Soldon holds a Doctor’s Degree in Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
