After graduating from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1990, Attorney Naomi Soldon began practicing labor and employment law. She has worked for many law firms, and since 2014, she serves as a managing partner at Soldon McCoy.

Naomi Soldon has extensive court and trial experience. She was admitted to the Supreme Court, the United States Courts of Appeals for the Sixth and Seventh Circuits, the District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, and Michigan, and the State Bar of Wisconsin.

Naomi has extensive expertise in claims management for labor-management trusts. She routinely obtains reimbursement of large claims as the third-party representative for labor-management trusts. As a plan document and summary plan description specialist, she constantly revises documents to ensure compliance with ever-changing laws and regulations. Among other things, she attends court to handle a variety of complicated ERISA litigation.

In addition to arbitrations and lawsuits in many nationwide courts, Naomi has over 20 years of labor law experience. She has advised union officers on general labor law issues throughout her career.

Since 1996, Naomi has been helping unions and employees resolve legal issues regarding labor law. She regularly represents arbitrators and litigants in courts nationwide and has advised union leaders on general labor law problems.

Naomi Soldon has attained experience in arbitration, state and federal courts in both arbitrations and in state and federal courts. In addition to labor law matters like contract drafting and interpretation, collective bargaining agreement negotiations and enforcement, union organizing and representation, plant closings, family and medical leave laws, employment discrimination, and other labor law matters, Naomi has dealt with general labor law matters like contract drafting and interpretation, collective bargaining agreement negotiations and enforcement, union organizing and representation, plant closings, family and medical leave laws, and employment discrimination and other employment law matters.
