Lecturer in American literature and stylistics at the English Department of Bejaia University, Dr Nassera Senhadji has been teaching for 32 years this January 2018. She also taught oral, writing and discourse analysis a few years ago. She obtained an M.A from the University of Wales, Aberystwyth, U.K in 1985. She began her career at the university in 1986, as a pioneering language teacher and was the first language teacher employed at the university; she also created the English department in 1991. Besides, she has completed a Humphrey fellowship program at Boston University with a concentration on Education and TESOL, U.S.A during the academic year 2009/2010. Finally, she has defended a doctorate research thesis on Stylistics and its Contribution as a New Approach to the Study of Literary Texts for the Second-Year Students of the English Department at Bejaia University, Algeria.
