Ammar NECAIBIA received the State Engineer degree in Automatics from Annaba University of Algiers in 2007 and the Magister degree in Electrical Engineering from Annaba University, Algeria in 2009. He is attending his Ph.D from the department of Electrical Engineering, "20 August 1955" University of Skikda. Since 2010, he is Researcher, in Research Unit on Renewable Energy in Middle-Saharan Adrar, Algeria.
His current research interests include Fractional order Control, Adaptive Control, Robust Control, Renewable Energy , Photovoltaic Conversion.
