We use a modern constitutive model, the Rolie-Poly model plus a solvent viscosity, and show that (i) this simple class of models captures instability, (ii) shear banding phenomena is observable for weakly stable fluids in flow geometries with sufficiently inhomogeneous total stress, and (iii) transient phenomena exhibit inhomogeneities similar to shear banding, even for weakly stable fluids.","address":"","school":"","issn":"0031-9007","doi":"10.1103\/PhysRevLett.102.067801","isi":"","pubmed":"","key":"Adams2009","howpublished":":\/\/WOS:000263389500067","urllink":":\/\/WOS:000263389500067","refid":3,"weight":3} , {userid:"pccs", "refid":"168","repocollections":"","attachment":"","_thumb":"","articletype":"article","sectionheading":"","title":"Coastal landforms and processes at the Cape Cod National Seashore, Massachusetts\u2014A primer","year":"2015","author":"Giese*, G.S., S.J. With prevalences greater than 25%, these communities have rates of strongyloidiasis higher those in the worst affected developing countries where surveys have been recently conducted. Available data indisputably support that strongyloidiasis is more prevalent in rural and remote Aboriginal communities than in the mainstream Australian community. However control of strongyloidiasis has not been given a high priority by government health departments, with the result that Aboriginal people in remote and rural communities in Northern Australia are still suffering from a preventable and treatable disease. This article suggests that the only way to address the strongyloidiasis problem in Indigenous communities is to have strongyloidiasis recognised and addressed at the national level. One component of this must be making health departments responsible for establishing appropriate systems of effective treatment for and monitoring of patients with strongyloidiasis.","address":"","school":"","issn":"1445-6354","doi":"","isi":"","pubmed":"15877491","key":"Adams2003","howpublished":"","urllink":"","refid":91} , {userid:"glenn.robert", "refid":"154","repocollections":"","attachment":"","_thumb":"","articletype":"misc","sectionheading":"","title":"Patient evaluation of emotional care during hospitalisation (PEECH) : Validating and extending an existing survey tool in four acute services in NHS Trusts.","year":"2011","author":"T Murrells, G Robert, J Maben, M Adams","howpublished":"","doi":"","pubmed":"","pdflink":"","urllink":"","abstract":"","note":"","tags":"","pages":"","month":"","journal":"","publisher":"","volume":"","number":"","booktitle":"","editor":"","address":"","school":"","issn":"","isi":"","key":"Murrells2011"} , {userid:"glenn.robert", "refid":"157","repocollections":"","attachment":"","_thumb":"","articletype":"inproceedings","sectionheading":"","title":"Patients' experiences of care and the influence of staff motivation, affect and well-being.
